Saudi Water Authority (SWA) is keen to improve the quality of services provided in portal, and in accordance with the government’s instructions to achieve client satisfaction, the SWA is working to extend swift and user-friendly e-services through the SWA Portal, electronic channels, and apps for mobile devices, recognizing that this time does not include completing the missing information in case the customer does not provide all required information, as well as the time to be taken by a third party, such as the government authorities, if the applications require such processing. This list will be continually updated to include all e-services.
